Handmade Doll Kit

Wanna make a doll, but the supplies list is a wee bit daunting? I have your back!

Introducing the Greta Pocket Doll Kit! I will have other variations available soon, with different skin tones.

I have considered creating DOLL KITS for quite some time now, and it is finally coming to fruition. I am SO excited to share them with you! Sometimes I forget what it is like in the beginning of a making journey and how daunting sourcing the supplies can be. For the Greta Pocket Doll, all the supplies are in this neat, little kit for you! Make away!

All you will need to provide is:

  • sewing machine

  • small embroidery hoop

  • poly fill stuffing

  • dissolving fabric pen/marker (frixion pen)

  • acrylic fabric markers (optional), for colouring in the irises and freckles

  • pink pencil crayon or cosmetic blush for cheeks

Did you notice the darling fabric?

A couple of weeks ago, while on my annual sisters’ trip, we chanced upon a quilting shop in Calgary called Out of Hand Quilting. I am completely smitten with the variety of fabric and lines that they carry! This doll kit has a couple of the Tilda fabrics I could not resist that day because I just KNEW that they would be darling on a doll.

The kits will be available in the ETSY shop soon! I am going to hold off on listing them on the website shop for logistic reasons… I need to get good at this first!
