Vintage Clown Costume

My goal with costumes is two things… Relatively easy and the accessories can be used all year long…

Pippa wanted to be a Vintage Clown and both goals were achieved!!! We purchased a striped shirt with fun shoes, and made a super easy Ruffle Collar (pattern in the shop!). The Hat is card-stock with pom pons glued on! I tried to no avail to convince her a dab of red on her nose would be just the thing, but nope.
