- 8mm/US 11, 16" circular needles
- 9mm/US 13, 16" circular needles
- Yarn, a wool blend with loft is recommended. Several yarn types are provided in the pattern. 2 worsted weights can be held together.

- Knit and Purl Stitch
- Increase stitch
- Kitchener Stitch
- Italian Bind Off
